Processing Time

Online orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.

Weekends do not count as business days.

Custom bundles, textures, or special orders may require 2 additional business days.

Processing begins after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order hair typically takes 3–4 business days to be received.

ON-HAND HAIR

On-hand hair ships directly and typically takes 2–3 business days or less to be received.

ORDER CUTOFF

If you order hair that is not currently on hand before Wednesday at 1:00 AM, your hair will be received within the same week.

PLEASE NOTE:

Business days are Monday–Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address.

RICHE UNITS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when applicable.

Delivery Delays

RICHE UNITS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, transportation interruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information. RICHE UNITS is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
